Stephen Wood
Managing Director
In early 2010 Stephen Wood was appointed Managing Director, LEAP Searching. In this role, Stephen is responsible for the LEAP Searching business, defining the businesses future, and achieving the businesses growth aspirations.
Stephen has been working with the Legal profession throughout his 23 years in the ICT industry and brings a wealth of experience to LEAP in leveraging technology to drive business efficiency across the Legal market. This experience includes critical solutions for the Legal market such as, online information services (online searching), document & records management, business process automation, practice management, web content management based solutions, enterprise search and mobile solutions.
Stephen has over 23 years experience within ICT/Service organisations including sales, marketing, operations, mergers and acquisitions and general management. Stephen's previous positions include executive roles within Alphawest (an Optus Subsidiary), Solution 6 and Lawpoint Pty Ltd and, over the years, he has developed key, multi-level relationships across the Legal profession, the broader professional services, finance, government and telecommunications industries.

Paul Psaltis
National Sales Manager
With an extensive legal background and a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Laws from the University of Queensland, Paul brings a wealth of legal knowledge and hands-on experience to his role as LEAP Searching's National Sales Manager. Having previously sold LEAP Office for 4 years, Paul joined the LEAP Searching management team in July 2011. Paul has developed strong sales and leadership skills and thrives in a dynamic, energetic and driven work environment.
Paul also has a passion for working with software and technology.

Penny Young
National Property Enquiry Services Manager
Penny Young heads up our Property Enquiry Services area. She is responsible for providing timely and efficient services for our clients. Penny has been with LEAP since 2007 and comes with a wealth of experience in the legal industry.

Marijana Smee
National Operations Manager
Marijana is responsible for providing a responsive and efficient experience for our clients using our services. She is working with a talented team with a wealth of experience in the industry.
Marijana comes from 12 years experience within the industry working in similar roles for different legal information brokers and solicitors which she draws on to provide a high level of customer service.

Scott Bozinis
National Development Manager
Scott Bozinis joined LEAP Searching following the successful acquisition of FileTrack by LEAP Legal. Having developed FileTrack as a tool for Law stationers to manage their manual service businesses, Scott has deep knowledge of not only the general Legal & Conveyancing industries, but also the law stationer marketplace.
With LEAP Searching’s focus on building the business through resellers, Scott will play a critical role in this success of growing this market, along with managing the development department.

Desma Filladites
Product Manager
Desma manages the service offerings provided by LEAP Searching and is continually looking for ways to enhance and improve our products. Desma is involved in product marketing and managing ongoing relationships with Authorities and Suppliers to provide the best possible products and services to our clients.
With a Diploma in Conveyancing and more than 8 years of experience within the Information Brokerage and Legal industries, Desma has a wealth of knowledge and is passionate about growing our service offerings to the legal industry.

Rachael Burgess
Marketing Manager
Rachael manages the LEAP Searching marketing activities, and is responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies for the LEAP Searching brand.
With a Bachelor in Graphic Design and many years of experience working internationally producing visual solutions for the technical and system software industry, Rachael brings her user interface and design knowledge to LEAP Searching.
