Personal Information includes ITSA National Bankruptcy, Land Ownership, Bill of Sale, Manual Services, and REVS Register of Encumbered Vehicles.
ITSA National Bankruptcy: LEAP Searching provides access to ITSA for Bankruptcy Registry Searches for bankruptcy records relating to an individual.
Browse – list includes: individual names, addresses, occupations, dates of birth.
Extract – provides details relating to a bankruptcy, including name, occupation, date of birth, date filled, end date, petition type, result, business name, summary.
Land Ownership: Searching services we provide include Land Titles, Address based searches and other old system searches.
We maintain brokerage agreements for the delivery of online title and related land information for:
- NSW Lands - Full service including titles, plans, dealings.
- QLD Lands - Full service including titles, plans, dealings, and settlement notices.
- VIC Lands - Full service including titles, plans and instruments.
- WA Lands - Full service including titles, documents and surveys.
LEAP Searching also provides access to land information for ACT, NT, SA & TAS. Search orders that are not available electronically can be ordered and fulfilled through our experienced partners across NSW, VIC, and QLD. Our partners have extensive experience with Old System, Crown Land, Deeds, Bills of Sale, Historical Searching, and a wide range of other manual related searches.
Bill of Sale: A bill of sale is a legal document made by a ‘seller’ to a purchaser, reporting that on a specific date, at a specific locality, and for a particular sum of money or other “value received”, the seller sold to the purchaser a specific item of personal, or parcel of real, property of which he had lawful possession. Under Australian law, bills of sale are regulated under the laws of each of the states.
A bill of sale must now be registered as a security interest.
