From 30th January, 2012, the new Personal Properties Securities Register (PPSR) is a national online register that combines 23 different Commonwealth, State and Territory acts and registers holding personal property security interests. The PPSR is designed to make it easier and cheaper for individuals and businesses to search for and register their interests in personal property, and improve their ability to use property as security in raising capital.

The transition to the PPSR is having a huge impact on the industry, and the LEAP Searching PPSR solution will ensure our clients are protected under the new system.
