Land Searches: Title searching services we provide include Land Titles, Plans, Instruments, Address based searches, Final Searches, Packaged Land Searches, and other old system searches.
We maintain brokerage agreements for the delivery of online title and related land information for:
- NSW Lands - Full service including titles, plans, dealings.
- QLD Lands - Full service including titles, plans, dealings, and settlement notices.
- VIC Lands - Full service including titles, plans and instruments.
- WA Lands - Full service including titles, documents and surveys.
LEAP Searching also provides access to land information for ACT, NT, SA & TAS. Search orders that are not available electronically can be ordered and fulfilled through our experienced partners across NSW, VIC, and QLD. Our partners have extensive experience with Old System, Crown Land, Deeds, Bills of Sale, Historical Searching, and a wide range of other manual related searches.
Property Enquiries: LEAP Searching provides a complete online service for property certificates required, for both the sale and purchase of land across NSW, QLD, VIC and ACT.
Wherever possible results are returned immediately to our clients (such as through the Central Register of Restrictions in NSW), where this is not possible, requests are generated and forwarded to the relevant authority.
These requests include information from the Federal, State, and Local Government Departments, Water Authorities, Owners Corporation and Strata Managers and other agencies are ordered by our experienced staff, ensuring a thorough and timely response.
In NSW you can conveniently order all the certificates required for a contract of sale whilst ordering your Vendor searches (Title, Plan and Dealings).
